Terms and Conditions — 77sz Gaming Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to 77sz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the player", "you", "your") and 77sz ("the platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the 77sz website and any associated applications, including the downloadable Android and iOS apps available from the Download page.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any casino game or otherwise using any feature of the 77sz platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. 2. Eligibility

77sz reserves the right to request identity documents or other verification materials at any point to confirm that a player meets the eligibility requirements above. This may include a national identity card, passport, proof of address or proof of ownership of the payment method used.

If a player is found to have provided false information during registration or verification, their account will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold and balances may be voided pending a full review of account activity.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 77sz. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, different email addresses or different phone numbers — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 77sz will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

• Your registered name must match the name on the payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals.
• Contact details including mobile number and email must be kept current. Outdated contact information may delay withdrawal processing or identity verification.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account, whether or not you personally initiated that activity.
• Accounts that show no login activity for an extended period may be flagged as dormant. Dormant account handling will be communicated directly to the registered contact details on file.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 77sz are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer to major Pakistani banks, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the payments section of your account.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your 77sz balance immediately once confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment channel.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes listed in the account section — most JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals complete within a few hours under normal operating conditions.

• Withdrawals will only be processed after any active wagering requirements attached to claimed bonuses have been met.
• 77sz does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside 77sz's control.
• In cases where a withdrawal request triggers a verification review, 77sz will contact you at your registered details and the request will remain pending until verification is complete.
• 77sz reserves the right to request proof of payment ownership before processing any withdrawal where the amount is above a certain threshold or where unusual activity has been detected.
• Funds deposited to your 77sz balance are held for gaming purposes only and are not treated as a savings or investment account.

If a deposit fails or is reversed by your payment provider, 77sz will adjust your balance accordingly. Any bets placed using funds from a reversed deposit may be voided.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

77sz offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and other promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of offer, which will always include the following key details:

• Wagering requirement — the total amount in PKR that must be wagered before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it become withdrawable.
• Minimum deposit — the minimum PKR deposit required to activate the bonus.
• Eligible games — some bonuses apply only to specific game categories such as slots, live casino or sports betting. Contribution rates vary by game type.
• Expiry period — all bonuses expire after a fixed number of days from the date they are credited. Expired bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum bet restriction — while a bonus is active, individual bets above a specified PKR amount may not count toward the wagering requirement and may result in winnings being voided.

Players may choose to deposit and play without claiming any bonus. If you do not wish to accept a bonus, do not claim it — once a bonus has been credited to your account the associated wagering requirement becomes active and cannot be removed retroactively.

77sz reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing offers that would materially disadvantage a player mid-wagering will be handled on a case-by-case basis with reasonable notice where possible.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section of 77sz covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other markets. Bets placed on 77sz are subject to the following rules:

• A bet is only valid once it has been accepted by the 77sz system and a confirmation reference has been generated. Bets placed on markets that were already closed or suspended at the time of submission are void.
• In-play betting is available on selected markets. In-play odds update in real time and reflect current match conditions. 77sz reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time — for example during significant match events, rain delays or technical interruptions to the data feed.
• In the event of obvious pricing errors — where a market was offered at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — 77sz reserves the right to void affected bets at the erroneous odds and settle them at the correct odds or void them entirely.
• Match abandonment, postponement and rescheduling rules vary by sport and competition. For Cricket, if a match is abandoned before a result is achievable under the relevant playing conditions, most markets will be voided. Specific rules for PSL and T20 fixtures are listed in the sports betting rules section of your account.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and per player. These limits are visible before placing a bet and may vary based on the market, the competition and your account history.
• Accumulator bets are permitted where the feature is available. All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to be successful. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining selections.

Suspicious betting patterns linked to possible match-fixing or insider knowledge may result in bets being withheld pending investigation. 77sz cooperates with sports integrity monitoring bodies in reviewing such patterns.

7. Casino & Live Casino Rules

The RNG ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by previous results, player history or bet size.

11. Limitation of Liability

• 77sz is not liable for losses resulting from temporary platform unavailability, connection interruptions on your end, or device-specific issues affecting your ability to access the platform.
• 77sz is not liable for losses arising from your failure to read or understand these Terms, bonus conditions or game rules.
• 77sz is not liable for losses you experience as a result of gaming activity — all bets are placed at your own risk and you accept that losses are a possible outcome of any wager.
• In the event of a demonstrated platform error that resulted in an incorrect settlement, 77sz's maximum liability is limited to the correction of that specific settlement.

12. Changes to These Terms

For changes that are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — 77sz will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Your continued use of the 77sz platform after any updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
